Moving from Reactive to a Proactive APM Methodology

Overview
i3 is not only a technology, but also a methodology.

There are three main dimensions of the i3 methodology:
a.) Reactive - a rapid response methodology for problems that have already occured
b.) Proactive - a methodology that identifies potential performance problems but before they actually become one
c.) Preventative - a methodology that helps reduce the number of performance problems that get introduced into production
